In our company we work with a special form of 'Chinese Walls'. Analysts and operations (marketing, finance etc.) are kept separate. Our internal policy is that at least two analysts must be convinced about a company in order for us to be willing to work with it. Consequently, only when the analysts give their independent O.K. will SERAS Counseling be interested in working with your company. This way we can ensure the highest degree of integrity.
